Building energy certificates

Building energy certificates are obligatory under the Ministry of Construction and Regional development regulation no. 625, by means of which the law no. 555/2005 (Legal Code) is executed, concerning Building energy efficiency, as amended.

Energy certification is obligatory, nevertheless it brings many advantages. It makes people consider which building they are they constructing, buying or renting. An energy certificate clearly shows the building’s energy efficiency as well as the annual operational costs related to the operation of building. In addition, a building energy certificate includes information about measures to improve the efficiency of the audited building.

With our partner TWG - energo Ltd., Auxerre Ltd. will undertake a complete building energy certificate. The energy certificate will be elaborated by our own employees in co-operation with specialists, promptly and entirely, on the basis of your request. We will elaborate a building energy certificate for all buildings stipulated by the law.

AN ENERGY CERTIFICATE IS CARRIED OUT WHEN:

• Selling buildings
• Renting buildings
• Finishing new buildings
• Renovating significantly existing buildings

AN ENERGY CERTIFICATE IS CARRIED OUT FOR:

• Family houses
• Residential houses
• Administrative buildings
• Multipurpose buildings
